Intercultural Counseling

For companies who sell to the Japanese, I offer a 6-hour workshop, "Impress Your Japanese Customers--What to know, what to do and how to do it," which focuses on overcoming the language barrier and cultural differences. Participants gain cultural skills that attract Japanese customers and earn their trust.

Interpreting

I have extensive experience helping Japanese and Americans work together more effectively, including 10 years of assessing client needs and providing intercultural training and coaching. I am based in Louisville Kentucky. Besides Louisville, I serve clients in the nearby cities of Bardstown, Lexington and Cincinnati. I am available for longer assignments in Tennessee, Indiana and Ohio.
